Norwich · Norfolk · Founder-run
Google Ads for Norwich and Norfolk lead-gen businesses, built on tracking that works before a pound is spent, run by the two founders for a fixed fee from £995 a month per platform with no contract.
No pitch. No obligation. We reply within one business day.
Bons & Frazer is a Google Ads agency in Norwich, at 69–75 Thorpe Road, working across Norfolk and the rest of the UK. Jake and Jamie build the tracking, run the campaigns and manage service-area targeting town by town. Fixed fee from £995 a month per platform, no contract.
We’re Jake and Jamie. That is the whole company. There is no junior learning on your budget, and no account manager relaying your questions to someone you never meet. Message us about your campaign and you get the person who wrote the ads, set the bidding and built the tracking.
We do one thing: paid lead generation. Google Ads that make the phone ring and the enquiry form fill, for businesses that sell a service, a survey, a quote or an appointment. Fixed fee from £995 a month per platform, never a percentage of your ad spend, and no contract. You stay because it works.
Do this before you speak to any agency, us included. Open your Google Ads reporting and split the conversions into two piles: people who searched your business name, and people who didn’t.
In nearly every Norwich account we’ve been handed, the first pile is enormous. Those are people who already knew you — from a van on the A47, a referral, a Google review, a job you did three years ago. They were always going to find you. Counting them as new leads makes the account look profitable when it isn’t, and it buries the pile that matters: the person who searched emergency electrician Norwich at nine on a Tuesday night and had never heard of your name.
That second pile is the number we’re judged on. Seeing it clearly takes measurement that survives ad blockers, iOS and Consent Mode — server-side tracking, Enhanced Conversions, and calls and form fills tied back to the exact search that produced them. We build that first, before we spend a pound of your budget. We don’t run ads on broken measurement, because Smart Bidding will happily optimise towards a number that isn’t real.
The full method — campaign architecture, bidding strategy, offline conversion imports — sits on our Google Ads agency page. This is the Norfolk version of the same work.
Location targeting is where local accounts quietly leak money. A 25-mile radius drawn around Norwich picks up Hethersett, Sprowston and Poringland, which is fine if you’ll happily drive there. It also picks up a large slice of Suffolk, which usually isn’t, and Google will spend your budget there without ever mentioning it.
So we build service areas around where you actually send a van or take a booking, then bid differently inside them. A twenty-minute job in Sprowston and a ninety-minute round trip to Cromer are not worth the same cost per lead, and the account should reflect that.
Businesses we work with typically target some combination of Norwich, Hethersett, Sprowston, Poringland, Wymondham, Attleborough, Dereham, North Walsham, Cromer, Great Yarmouth, Thetford and King’s Lynn. King’s Lynn and Thetford sit far enough west that they behave like separate markets — different competitors, different click prices, usually worth their own campaign rather than a line in a location list. Great Yarmouth and Cromer carry seasonal demand that swings hard between May and September, so budgets there shouldn’t be flat across the year.
Management is a fixed monthly fee from £995 per platform, agreed before we start, plus a one-off fee for the tracking build. Your ad budget is separate and paid straight to Google — we never touch it and never take a cut of it.
That matters more than it sounds. On percentage-of-spend pricing, your agency earns more when you spend more, whether or not the extra spend brings anything back. A fixed fee removes the argument entirely. When we say it’s time to scale, it’s because the cost per customer says so. Full detail is on our pricing page.
Weeks one to four. Free audit of your existing account and tracking, in plain English — what’s broken, what’s missing, what it’s costing you. Then the measurement build and the campaign build. No pitch deck, no obligation if you walk away after the audit.
Weeks four to eight. Live campaigns producing real conversion data. Search terms cleaned weekly, ad copy tested, budget shifted towards the areas and services that are converting.
Weeks eight to twelve. Enough signal for bidding to work properly, and enough customer data to tell you what a lead from each town is actually worth. We’ll be straight with you inside 60 days about whether the account is heading the right way.
J Brady Garage Doors came to us with an account that was spending steadily and reporting clicks. Over the last three months, cost per enquiry ran at £19.15, down from £43.22 in the first three months — 56% cheaper per enquiry. Enquiries went from 25 to 82 in three months. The best single month so far was July 2026, at £13.78 per enquiry.
Non-brand search only, so none of that is people who already knew the name. Spend did rise 45% across the comparison — but the cost per enquiry more than halved at the same time, which is the part the budget did not buy.
Ours is fixed, from £995 a month per platform, plus a one-off tracking setup fee. No percentage, no minimum term, no contract. Your ad budget is separate and goes directly to Google.
Yes — most of our Norfolk clients are owner-run trades, clinics and professional services spending anything from a few hundred pounds a month upwards.
Yes. We’re at 69–75 Thorpe Road, Norwich, NR1 1UA, and we’ll happily meet anyone within a reasonable drive — Wymondham, Dereham, Attleborough, North Walsham and the rest of the county included. Day to day, most accounts run over WhatsApp and video because it’s faster, but the option is there and local clients tend to use it.
Leads usually start inside the first fortnight of a campaign going live. A reliable cost per lead takes longer — roughly eight to twelve weeks, because bidding needs enough conversion data to learn from. Anyone promising a stable cost per lead in week one is showing you brand searches.
You leave. There’s no lock-in — 30 days’ written notice and you’re done. We’d rather tell you at month two that the maths doesn’t work for your business than keep invoicing you while the numbers drift.
We’ll go through your Google Ads account and your tracking, and give you a plain-English breakdown of what’s broken, what’s missing and what it’s costing you every month. No pitch, no obligation, and you keep the findings whether you work with us or not.
Tell us where your Google Ads account stands today. We’ll come back with a free tracking audit and a straight answer on whether we can help — usually within one business day.
