Who we are
Bons & Frazer Marketing is a digital marketing agency. Our registered address is 69–75 Thorpe Road, Norwich, NR1 1UA. You can contact us about your personal data at jake@bonsandfrazer.com.
What data we collect and why
When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information:
- Name — to address you correctly in our response
- Email address — to reply to your enquiry
- Company name — to understand the context of your enquiry
- Monthly budget — to assess whether we are a suitable fit before responding
We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use tracking cookies beyond those set by Google Analytics and Google Site Kit (see below).
Lawful basis for processing
We process contact form submissions on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and you have a legitimate interest in receiving a response. Where you have ticked a consent box or subscribed to communications, we rely on consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) for that specific processing.
How we use your data
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Assess whether we can help you before making contact
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months from the date of receipt, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. If an enquiry leads to a client relationship, we retain relevant communications for the duration of the relationship plus six years in accordance with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.
Where your data is stored
Contact form data is stored in our WordPress database hosted in the European Economic Area (EEA) via our hosting provider. We use Contact Form 7 to process form submissions. No data is transferred outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to collect anonymised, aggregated data about how visitors use this site. This data does not identify individual users. It includes pages visited, time on site, and referral source. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
