In short

These are figures from live client accounts, each with the sector, channel and timeframe attached. Cost per enquiry from £134 to £14 in home services on Google Ads. Enquiries from 356 to 1,054 for a travel operator on Meta Ads. Cost per booking from £66 to £33 on Google Ads.

How to read this page

This page is where the numbers go, with the sector, the channel and the timeframe attached to each one, so you can judge whether any of it resembles your situation.

A short warning about how to read results pages, including this one. Every agency publishes its best month. A single cost per lead, stripped of context, tells you almost nothing — it depends on the sector, the offer, the competition, the ad budget and whether the tracking was accurate enough to trust the figure in the first place. So every figure below carries the channel, the sector, the dates and the budget conditions it was achieved under. None of it is a promise about your account.

The pattern behind all four is the same, and it is not clever. Every account we have taken over had demand going unanswered — people ready to buy, searching for exactly what the business sold, and the ad simply was not there. That gets fixed first, because it is the fastest money in the account. The measurement gets fixed alongside it, because a cost per lead you cannot trust is not a result, it is a screenshot.

Case studies

Home services — Google Ads

Cost per enquiry fell from £134 in the first month to £14 in the most recent month, on the same budget. Over the same period, November 2025 to July 2026, enquiries went from 2 a month to 39 a month.

Across twelve months the account produced 714 enquiries at an average of £11.52 each. The average matters more than the best month: it is the number that survives seasonality, and it is the one we would want to be judged on.

J Brady Garage Doors — garage door installation, Google Ads

Cost per enquiry ran at £19.15 across the three most recent months, down from £43.22 in the first three months — 56% cheaper — while monthly enquiries went from 25 to 82. The best single month was July 2026, at £13.78 per enquiry.

Two qualifiers that matter. These are non-brand search figures only, so none of it is people who already knew the business and searched for it by name. And spend rose 45% across the comparison, so the enquiry volume is partly bought — but the cost per enquiry fell by more than half at the same time, which is the part that is not.

Private healthcare — Google Ads, around £6,000 a month

Cost per booking fell from £57.59 in January 2026 to £37.09 in July 2026, a 36% reduction, at a rate of 170 bookings a month.

At that volume the reduction is worth roughly £3,500 a month in avoided acquisition cost, on an account spending around £6,000. That is the argument for fixing the account rather than raising the budget.

Central America travel operator — Meta Ads and Google Ads

On Meta Ads, between January and March 2026, monthly enquiries went from 356 to 1,054 and cost per enquiry from £2.98 to £1.47, on a comparable monthly budget. Nearly three times the enquiries for roughly the same money.

On Google Ads, for the same operator, cost per booking fell from £66 to £33. Enquiries are the cheap part of travel marketing; bookings are the number that pays wages, which is why both are reported here.

What clients say

“Awesome guys, great attention to detail. Transformed my paid ads campaigns into something worth investing in.” — J Brady

“Our business continues to grow month after month, with a steady stream of quality enquiries coming in. I genuinely don’t know how they do it, but their knowledge and expertise speak for themselves. They are worth every penny, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.” — Declan McCahill

Both are published Google reviews rather than testimonials we collected and edited, which is a distinction worth checking on any agency site.

Want to know what your account is actually doing?

One thing worth checking before you read anyone’s case studies, including these. Split your own conversions into two piles: people who searched for your company name, and people who did not. The first pile is customers who already knew you — from a referral, a van, a previous job, a review. Nobody found them. The second pile is the real number.

We audit the account, the tracking and the historical data before we propose anything, so you get the honest version of where your money is going whether or not you work with us. Send us the details and one of us will look at it. If you want the commercial side first, the pricing page sets out what a fixed fee covers and what it does not.
