SEO & AI search · Norwich
Most SEO proposals open with a keyword list somebody guessed at. Ours opens with the search terms that produced real enquiries in your ad account — because we run the ads too, and we can see which ones did.
From £995 a month, fixed. No contract. You deal with Jamie or Jake.
Ads tell you within weeks which search terms turn into customers and which just bring traffic. SEO takes months to answer the same question. Running ads first means we are never guessing what is worth ranking for — we already watched those words produce enquiries.
An SEO campaign built on keyword-tool volume can spend six months ranking you for terms that bring visitors and no business. One built on your own conversion data starts from words already proven to make you money.
If you are not running Google Ads or Facebook Ads yet, we will usually suggest starting there. Not because SEO does not work — because this order makes it better and cheaper.
Sometimes the answer is no, and we would rather say so on the first call than six months in.
If there is no search demand for what you sell, SEO has nothing to capture. You need demand created, not captured — a different job entirely.
SEO compounds over quarters. Ads work in days. If the pipeline is empty now, SEO is the wrong tool to reach for first.
Then the problem is the page, not the position. That is faster and cheaper to fix than a ranking campaign.
Where SEO earns its place is the opposite case: people are searching for exactly what you sell, competitors appear instead of you, and you would rather not pay for every one of those clicks forever.
We pull the search terms that produced real enquiries in your ad accounts and build the plan around those. Where there is no ad data we say so, and treat the first months as a test rather than a promise.
Crawling, indexing, rendering, speed, internal linking, thin and duplicate pages, schema. The unglamorous half. We run the audit rather than describe it — you get findings and fixes, not a score out of 100.
One page per thing you sell, answering the question actually typed. No spun town pages with the name swapped — Google has demoted those for years and they put the whole domain at risk.
Search Console figures across our client base, for the three months to July 2026. Averages per client, not totals — a total tells you how many clients an agency has, not how well it works.
Generated for clients in the last three months.

The clearest single example. A private healthcare clinic. Average ranking position moved from 34.3 to 26.0 while organic clicks rose 33%. In the last three months alone that one site drew 2,974 organic clicks from 159,026 impressions.
Position matters more than the percentage. Click growth can come from seasonality or one lucky page. Moving a whole site’s average position eight places takes structural work, and it compounds.
Branded is someone typing your company name. They already knew about you. Non-branded is someone typing what you sell. They did not.
Both land in the same organic traffic number on most agency reports. We report them separately, on purpose, because only one of them is growth. It is the same discipline we apply to server-side tracking on the paid side — measure what happened, not what the platform would like credit for.
J Brady Garage Doors, a Norfolk-based garage door installer, came to us with a site that ranked for very little. Six months on, these are the numbers from Search Console and SEMrush.
They now hold 27 keywords in the top 10 of Google, 19 of those in the top 3 — including the head terms for their main service area and the surrounding towns.
And the part most agencies aren’t measuring yet. The site has picked up 14 mentions in AI search across six cited pages — the answers ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews give when someone asks about their category. That is the same work: rank in the index, get cited in the answer.
94% of that organic traffic is from the UK — their actual target market, rather than volume from places that will never buy.
Not a percentage of anything. No setup fee, no minimum term, thirty days’ notice.
Fixed matters here for the same reason it matters on ads: our fee does not move, so we have no reason to recommend more work than the job needs.
How long does SEO take to work?
On a site with existing authority, meaningful movement usually shows in three to six months. On a new domain, longer. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either bidding on your brand name or about to do something that gets the site penalised.
Do you do SEO without paid ads?
Yes, but it works better alongside them. The ad data is what removes the guesswork from the keyword strategy, so without it the first few months are genuinely a test.
Do you work outside Norwich?
Yes. We are based in Norwich and work with businesses across Norfolk and the rest of the UK. Local SEO is a service we deliver, not a limit on who we work with.
What is the difference between SEO and AEO?
SEO is ranking in search results. AEO is being cited in AI answers. In practice they are the same work — AI assistants retrieve from the search index, so what earns a ranking earns a citation. Treat anyone selling them as separate products with caution.
Will you build hundreds of town pages?
No. Thin pages with the place name swapped are doorway pages, Google says so explicitly, and they put the whole domain at risk. We build a page where there is a genuine reason for one to exist.
